Umrah visa for Somali passport holders: documents and timing

• A passport valid for at least six months beyond your date of travel. We recommend twelve months or more.
• One clear personal photo. There are no special rules for it.
• Your yellow fever vaccination book.

The name you give us must match your passport exactly. Airlines and visa systems check against the passport, and a difference of even one letter can invalidate a ticket or a visa.

You are also responsible for any other vaccination certificate the Saudi authorities require at the time you travel. Ask us when you book.

The Umrah visa usually takes 2 to 3 days after we submit your documents. We recommend booking one to two weeks before the departure date. Closer to departure, a place depends on availability.

Umrah visas are granted by the authorities of Saudi Arabia. We prepare and submit your application accurately and on time, but we cannot guarantee the outcome, and no agency lawfully can.

• A traveller under 18 must be accompanied throughout the journey by a sponsor or legal guardian who travels with them.
• Most nationalities can book with us, but some are not included. Send us your passport details and we will confirm.

• If your visa is refused, we refund every recoverable sum you have paid. Amounts already spent and made non-refundable by a third party, such as a submitted visa fee or an issued ticket, are deducted at cost, with evidence given to you.
• If it is refused because information you gave us was inaccurate or a document arrived late, the cost of that application cannot be recovered.
• If you cancel before the visa is processed, you receive a full refund. After that, only the visa cost is deducted.
