What families ask us
Can my parents travel without me?
Yes. They travel with our group and a Somali-speaking guide, from Mogadishu to Makkah and Madinah and back. Women aged 18 and over can travel in our groups without a mahram.
How do I stay in touch while they travel?
Our team is on WhatsApp every day, 09:00–20:00 Mogadishu time, and the group's guide travels with them.
Do you issue tickets from my city?
Yes. Tell us your city and your dates, and we send you flight options to Jeddah or Madinah.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
In US dollars, by bank transfer (Salaam Bank, Premier Bank), money transfer (Dahabshiil, Taaj) or mobile money (Zaad, EVC Plus).
Do I need a Saudi visa to join the group in Makkah?
Yes, you need your own valid visa. Many diaspora passports and residence permits can use Saudi Arabia's tourist eVisa; check visa.visitsaudi.com for your passport.
